Pre-appointment Preparation
To receive the most out of your treatment time, I have a few requirements from you before you arrive at your appointment.
Removal of Makeup
Please remove all traces of eye make-up and moisturizers.
Tints
It is not recommended that you tint your lashes prior to your treatment. The tint leaves an oily residue on your lashes and the adhesive will not adhere to its full potential.
After Care
I take a lot of time ensuring your eyelash extensions are amazing. I want you to get the maximum life out of them and enjoy your investment.
Please follow my recommendations listed below.
During the first 24 hours
· To allow sufficient time for the bonding of the adhesive, do not get your eyes wet in the shower or pool within the first 24 hours.
· It is recommended that you do not use a spa or sauna at all during the time you have lash extensions as the heat will compromise the adhesive.
Ongoing Care
· Be gentle with your lashes. Avoid pulling and picking your lashes and rubbing your eyes as this can cause premature lash loss.
· Avoid all oil based facial products including cleanser, eye cream and moisturizer.
· Do Not use mascara on extensions.
KEEP THEM CLEAN You will get much better retention with clean lashes.
· Cleanse Daily
· Use a cleanser made for the eye area to clean your lashes. I recommend Ocusoft Lid Scrub Foaming Eyelid Cleanser.
· After cleansing, blot dry and use a fan or a cool blow dryer to dry them. Use a lash brush to fluff them back out.
